Ranjeet Singh Walia

Ranjeet Singh Walia is Director – HR at Eli Lilly and Company India. He assumed this role in January 2020 and had also worked in the same role in January 2014 before proceeding to work on international assignments at Lilly. In his career journey with Lilly, he has held various HR leadership roles in business and specialized areas based in India and outside.

As a member of Lilly India leadership team, Ranjeet is responsible to develop and lead people strategy focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent development, diversity & inclusion culture and employee safety.

Ranjeet is a post graduate in human resources All India Management Association (AIMA). He also has post-graduation diploma in travel & tourism from college of vocational studies, University of Delhi. He is a certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork Society and certified trainer on Hogan Assessment.
