Rajat Arora is Director – India and IDS Global Services Tech@Lilly at Eli Lilly & Company, India. He is responsible for leading affiliate IT function wherein his key responsibilities include creating and executing IT strategy as well as envisaging and implementing cohesive digital solutions to support business operations in effective and efficient way.

Rajat joined Lilly in 2013 and worked as IT business planning and portfolio consultant before taking responsibility of IT Business Engagement for Lilly Capability Center India (LCCI) in 2016. At LCCI his primary responsibilities were to formulate Engagement model, Business planning, Program management and IT operations.

Rajat is a Bachelors in Biotechnology and holds an MBA in Finance from IILM New Delhi.
