Leena Jaisingh

Leena Jaisingh is the Ethics and Compliance Officer at Eli Lilly and Company India.

Leena works towards ensuring Lilly India continues to foster ethical and responsible business behavior by integration of high performance with high integrity in business actions. She is responsible for creating platforms for employees to speak up and create an environment which is trusted by both internal and external customers and partners. As the privacy steward for Lilly India, Leena ensures that Lilly privacy requirements are considered, and that specific plans are developed and integrated with business activities.

Leena joined Lilly in 2018 in the Commercial team for Specialty business where she worked for 4 years in Marketing and Sales leadership roles before moving to Ethics and Compliance in 2022.

Prior to Lilly, Leena worked at Pfizer, Eisai and Novartis Healthcare across diverse functions like Marketing, Sales and Medical. Leena is an MBA and Engineer and has completed PGDM Marketing from MITCON Institute of Management, Pune as well as Diploma in HR management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai. She has graduated as a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Heritage Institute of Technology, Kolkata.
